After a crash, getting to and from a medical office is the last thing you need. So we make it easy: we can see you at home or at one of our clinics, whichever is easier for you. Here is how treatment works for car-accident injuries.

We bill auto insurance, not you
Care for car-accident injuries is typically at no cost to you. We coordinate with the auto insurance company and bill them directly.

What does treatment cost after a car accident?
In Utah, your own auto insurance, not your health insurance, usually covers the first $3,000. Utah requires most drivers to carry personal injury protection (PIP), a “no-fault” coverage that pays your medical bills after a crash no matter who caused it. Some people have more than $3,000 in coverage, so check your auto policy.
If you need more care after PIP runs out, a claim is filed with the at-fault driver's insurance. We work with your attorney so you're not left with the bill.
Injured in Idaho? Coverage works differently there. Call us before care starts and we'll review your coverage and how your care would be billed.
Care unrelated to a car accident is billed under the arrangement we agree on with you beforehand.

Should I get an attorney?

What will my physical therapist bring with them?
Your provider brings the basics to your home visit: a portable treatment table, a massage gun, a balance pad, a mobilization strap, TheraBand, and kinesiology tape, plus additional tools as needed for your care.
What do I need to have ready?
For a home visit, please have a well-lit area of roughly 6×10 feet available in a living space such as an entry room or family room. Therapy cannot be performed in a back room or bedroom.
Wear loose-fitting clothing such as a shirt with pants or athletic wear. Therapy cannot be provided in dresses, skirts, or tight, restrictive clothing.
